Ingredients for Methi Tamater (Tomato) Chutney
- 5-6 Tomato (Roughly Chopped)
- 1 Cup Methi Leaves (Fine Chopped)
- 1 Onion Medum size (Fine Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Coriander(Fine Chopped)
- 3-4 Green Chilli (Fine Chopped)
- Salt - As per taste
- 1 spoon Mustard Seed
- 1 Spoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Spoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Spoon Turmeric
- Oil for fry
How to Make Tamater (Tomato) Chutney
- Add oil in heated Kadai/Pan
- Take oil in heated Pan
- Add Mustared Seed
- Add Chopped Onion
- Add Chopped Green Chilli
- Add Chopped Methi leaves
- Saute for a min
- Once Onion get roast - Add Chopped tomato
- Add Salt as per Taste
- Mix..Mix..
- Cover it for 4-5 Min
- After 4-5 min
- Add Coriander Powder
- Add Red Chilli Powder
- Add Turmeric Powder
- Mix Well
- Cover it for 2-3 min
- After 2-3 min - chutney is almost ready
- Add Chopped Coriander
Ready to Serve
- Garnish with Coriander & Serve
