Ingredients for Kuttu ke Pakore


       Kuttu (Buckwheat) flour - 1/2 Cup
       Potato - 2 (Boiled & Peeled)
       Peanut (Mungphalli) - 1/2 Cup (Roasted & roughly grind)
       Green Chilli - 2 (Fine chopped)
       Coriander - 1/2 Cup (Fine Chopped)
       Sendha Namak as per taste
       Cumin (Jeera) powder - 1/2 Spoon
       Oil for fry 





How to make Kuttu ke Pakore


         - Place Potato in Bowl & Mashed that



         - Add Peanuts



         - Add Chopped Green Chilli



         - Add Chopped Coriander



         - Add Kuttu (Buckwheat) flour



         - Add Cumin (Jeera) Powder



         - Add Sendha Namak as per taste



          - Mix all the ingredients well



         - Add small small water and make thick Batter



         - Thick Batter is ready for Kuttu Pakore 



          - Keep Batter for rest 10 min



         - After 10 min Batter is set for kuttu ke Pakore



         - Add oil in a heated Pan OR Kadai



         - Make Pakore & place Pakore in a heated oil



         - Flip Pakore and fry well till golden brown & Crisp 



         - Pakore is fried now



Platting & Serving

         - Serve with Green Chutney (Vrat wali Chutney)
         - We can Serve with Curd (Dahi) also
