Ingredients for Coconut Burfi



  • Coconut - 1 Cup (200gram - Peeled & Chopped in small pieces) 
  • Sugar - 1/2 Cup(100 gram) 
  • Ghee - 1 tbspoon
  • Cardamom - 5-6 
  • Pistachio- 5-6 (Chopped)


How to Make Coconut Burfi



  • For Coconut burfi grind the coconut in mixer
  • Coconut has grinded
  • Sugar quantity should be half of grinded coconut
  • Add Ghee in heated pan
  • Add grinded coconut in that
  • Fry coconut in medium flame 3-4 min
  • After 3-4 min - Coconut has roasted
  • You can see that coconut color has changed light golden brown
  • Add Cardamom in that
  • Add Sugar & cook 3-4 min in medium flame
  • so that coconut cooked well along with Sugar
  • After 3-4 min - Sugar cooked with coconut well
  • Let's place this mixture into thali
  • Grease thali with ghee
  • Shift the mixture
  • Garnish with Pista
  • Keep some time to cool it down
  • Once cool down - Cut this into any shape
  • Ready to Serve
