Ingredients for Coconut Chutney



  • Coconut - 1 Cup (200gram - Peeled & Chopped in small pieces) 
  • Roasted Peanuts  - 1 Spoon
  • Roasted Gram Daal- 1 Spoon
  • Green Chilli - 2 (Roughly Chopped)
  • Coriander - 1/2 Cup (Roughly Chopped)
  • Ginger - 1 inch(Peeled)
  • Oil - 1 Spoon
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Water - 1 Cup (required while grinding)
  • Curry Leaves - 8-10
  • Red Chilli - 4-5
  • Mustard Seed -1/2 spoon
  • Black Gram(Urad Daal) - 1/2 spoon


How to Make Coconut Chutney 


  • Place Chopped Coconut in mixture jar
  • Add Roasted Gram Daal
  • Add Roasted Peanuts
  • Add Chopped Green Chilli
  • Add Chopped Coriander
  • Add peeled Ginger
  • Add Salt as per Taste
  • Add some water for smooth grinding
  • Let's Grind all this ingredients
  • Coconut chutney has smoothly grinded
  • Let's Prepare Tempering for that
  • Add oil in a heated pan
  • Add Mustard seed
  • Add Black gram(Urad Daal)
  • Add Red Chilli
  • Add Curry leaves
  • Tempring is ready
  • Add this tempering into Coconut Chutney
  • Mix well
  • Ready to Serve

  • Serve this delicious coconut chutney with any Breakfast & snacks.
