Ingredients for Dehrauri



  • 2 Cup Semolina (Suji)
  • 1 Cup Coconut Powder (Khopra)
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1 Spoon Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar (Grind)
  • 5-6 Cardamom (Elaichi)
  • 1/2 Dryfruits (Any - Fine chaopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Curd (Dahi)
  • 1/2 Spoon Cooking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Oil for fry



How to Make Dehrauri

Dough Preparation


  • Place Semolina (Suji) in Big bowl
  • Add Coconut Powder (Khopra)
  • Add Rice flour
  • Add Grind Sugar
  • Add Ghee in that
  • Add condensed milk
  • Add Curd
  • Add Chopped Dryfruits
  • Add Cardamom (Elaichi)
  • Add Cooking Soda
  • Mix all the Ingredients well
  • Now add little little water & make thick dough
  • Don't add too much water 
  • Dehrauri Paste/Thick dough is ready
  • Cover & keep it rest for 15-20 min
  • After 15-20 min - Dehrauri dough is reday to fry
  • Making of Dehrauri is same like Vada which we used to make in home

Frying of Dehrauri


  • Oil is heated now - Let's make Dehrauri
  • Place Dehrauri in oil
  • Turn all the Dehrauri's so that it roast another side as well
  • Flip & Fry both side till light golden brown
  • Fry in medium flame - avoid to fry in high flame,Else it will reddish outside but won't cook inside
  • Dehrauri has fried light golden brown.
  • Take them out

Serving & Platting


  • Garnish Dehrauri with dryfruits & Serve
