Ingredients for Bread Gulab Jamun



  • 6 Slice of Bread
  • 1 Spoon (20 gram)
  • 1 Cup (100 Gram) Sugar 
  • 1 spoon Ghee
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Dry fruites (as per your choice) 
  • 1 Cup Boiled milk for kneading 
  • 1/2 Spoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Pinch Edible Color (Orange/Red)
  • Oil for fry 



Dough Preparation



  • For Dough kneading- Need to grind these Breads in Grinder
  • Grind Bread Crumbs are ready
  • Place Bread Crumbs in Big Bowl
  • Add Milk Powder
  • Add Cardamom Powder
  • Add Ghee in that
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Add little little Milk & Make a dough
  • Gulab Jamun dough is ready 
  • Keep it for Rest - 10 min (Meantime let's prepare sugar syrup)



Making Sugar Syrup



  • Add Sugar in Pan
  • Add 1 Cup Water & Stir
  • Within a min sugar will melt in warm water
  • Cook for 4-5 Min in medium flame
  • Add Cardamom Powder
  • Sugar Syrup is ready - Off the flame


Stuffing for Gulab Jamun



  • Take small lumps from Dough
  • Add this lumps into chopped Dryfruites
  • Add Edible color (Orange/red)
  • Mix..Mix..Mix
  • Stuffing is ready 



Making & frying Gulab Jamun 



  • Grease your hand in oil
  • Take small lumps and roll it down
  • Press the roll and fill the small lumps of stuffing in center
  • Pack it down from all side & roll it again - Give the gulab jamun shape
  • Prepare another Gulab Jamun in same manner
  • Gulab Jamuns are ready - Let's fry these
  • Oil should be medium warm for fry
  • Place all Gulab Jamuns in warm Oil
  • Flip & fry till light golden brown
  • Avoid to fry in high flame else it will be redish outside & not cooked inside
  • Gulab Jamun fried light Golden brown 
  • Take them out
  • Place this Fried Gulab Jamun into sugar syrup
  • Keep them for 10 min
  • All Gulab Jamuns are absorb the sugar syrup
  • Take them out


Platting & Serving 



  • Garnish with Chopped Pista & Serve

          - Take them out



          - Garnish with Chopped Pista & Serve
