Ingredients for Panjiri Prasad
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup (400 gram)
- Ghee - 3 Tbspoon
- Grind Sugar - 1 Cup (200 gram)
- Foxnut(Makhana) - 1 Cup
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 Spoon
How to Make Panjiri Prasad
- Place 1 Spoon of Ghee in a heated Pan
- Place Fox nut(Makhana) in that
- Roast this little bit
- Once Foxnut are roasted - Take them out in a plate
- Add remaining ghee in a Pan
- Once ghee heated - Place Wheat Flour in that
- Roast this in a low flame
- Stir continuously so that flour won't be burn
- Approx 10 min we had roasted in low flame
- flour turned in light golden brown now
- Turn off the Gas flame
- take them out in a plate & leave it to cool down
- Once flour had cool down - Add grind sugar in that
- Add Cardamom powder
- Add fried foxnut in that
- mix all the ingredients well
- Our panjiri prasad are ready
- Add Tulsi to complete the prasad
- Ready to serve
Serving & Platting
- Garnish Panjiri Prasad with dryfruits & Serve to God during Pooja/Vrat
