Crispy Namakpare Recipe | Nimki Recipe | Namakpara Kaju | Namkeen|


Ingredient for Namak Pare


  • 1 Cup(200 Gram) All-purpose flour / Maida 
  • 1/2 cup(50 Gram) Ghee / Oil  
  • 1/2 spoon Kalongee / Kala Jeera 
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Water for kneading the dough

Dough Preparation


  • Take flour / Maida in big bowl.
  • Add  Kalongee /kala jeera seed and
  • Add salt as per taste
  • Add Oil  and mix well
  • Add water little by little to prepare tight dough
  • Dough is ready now

Making Namak Pare


  • Divide the Big dough in small Portion.
  • Take one Portion and roll it down with the help of  Chakla Belan 
  • its look like one big Roti.  Cut Namak pare with the help of knife 
  • Prepare another Namak pare in same way.
  • Namak Pare is ready now - Lets fry them

Fry Namak Pare


  • Take oil in a heated Kadai/Pan
  • Add Namak Pare in heated Oil
  • Fry Namak Pare in medium heate oil
  • Once Fried light golden color, Take it out.

Serving & Platting


  • Ready to serve with Tea or  snacks any time
