- 2 Potato Medium size (Fine Chopped)
- 1 Cup Peanut (Mungphali - Roasted & Grind)
- 2 tbspoon Ghee
- 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Coriander (Fine Chopped)
- 3 Green Chilli (Fine Chopped)
- 8-10 Curry Leaves
- 1 Spoon Cumin Seed
- 1/2 Spoon Red Chilli Powder
- Salt(Sendha Namak- If using for Vrat) - As per taste
How to make Sabudana Khichadi
- Add Ghee in a heated Pan
- Add Cumin Seed
- Add Curry Leaves
- Add Green Chilli
- Mix..Mix
- Add Chopped Potato
- Add Salt as per taste
- Mix..Mix..Mix
- Once Potato Fried - Add Soaked Sabudana
- Add Soaked Sabudana
- Add Red Chilli Powder
- Add Roasted & roughly Grind Peanuts
- Add Grated Coconut
- Mix..Mix..Mix
- Cook 4-5 min in medium Flame
- After 4-5 min sabudana khichadi is cooked
- Once Cooked - Add Coriander
