Ingredients for Sabudana Khichadi


  • 2 Cup Sabudana (4-5 hours soaked)
  • 2 Potato Medium size (Fine Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Peanut (Mungphali - Roasted & Grind)
  • 2 tbspoon Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander (Fine Chopped)
  • 3 Green Chilli (Fine Chopped)
  • 8-10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Spoon Cumin Seed
  • 1/2 Spoon Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt(Sendha Namak- If using for Vrat) - As per taste


How to make Sabudana Khichadi


  • Add Ghee in a heated Pan
  • Add Cumin Seed
  • Add Curry Leaves
  • Add Green Chilli
  • Mix..Mix
  • Add Chopped Potato
  • Add Salt as per taste
  • Mix..Mix..Mix
  • Once Potato Fried - Add Soaked Sabudana
  • Add Soaked Sabudana
  • Add Red Chilli Powder 
  • Add Roasted & roughly Grind Peanuts
  • Add Grated Coconut
  • Mix..Mix..Mix
  • Cook 4-5 min in medium Flame
  • After 4-5 min sabudana khichadi is cooked
  • Once Cooked - Add Coriander

Serving & Platting


  • Garnish sabudana khichadi with coriander,Chilli & Lemon
