Ingredients for Mango Pickle



  • Raw Mango (Peeled & Chopped)- 500 gram
  • Mustard Oil - 250 gram
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 Spoon 
  • Yellow Mustered seed - 1/2 Cup
  • Black Cumin (Kalongi) - 1 Spoon
  • Fennel Seed - 2 Spoon 
  • Cumin Seed - 2 Spoon
  • Fenugreek (Methi) Seed - 1 Spoon
  • Turmaric powder - 1 spoon
  • Salt - As per taste


How to Make Mango Pickle



  • Add Fenugreek (Methi) Seed in a heated pan
  • Add Cumin Seed
  • Add Fennel Seed
  • Roaste all spices in a low flame
  • Our spices has roasted
  • We had roasted these approx 30-40 sec only
  • Take them out in a plate
  • once it cool down , need to grind 
  • Now roast Yellow Mustered seed also
  • Roast in a low flame few sec only
  • to remove moisture of seeds 
  • Take them out in a plate
  • Grind - once it will cool down
  • while spices are cooling meanwhile let's warm the oil
  • Oil is heated enough 
  • turn off the gas and let the oil cool down
  • We had grind the spices(Pickle Masala) & mustered seed
  • let's prepare pickle now
  • Place chopped Mango in big bowl
  • Add salt as per taste
  • Add red chilli powder
  • Add Turmaric powder
  • Add Black Cumin (Kalongi)
  • Add prepared pickle masala
  • Add mustard seed powder
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Add Mustared oil  & mix well
  • Mango pickle is ready
  • Ready to Serve


Serving & Platting



  • Serve with Lunch , Dinner , Snacks etc.
