Ingredients for Singhare ki Burfi



  • Singhara Flour - 1 Cup
  • Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Deshi Ghee - 2 spoon 
  • Water - 3 Cup 


How to Make Singhare ki Burfi



  • In a heated pan add Singhare flour
  • Dry roast the flour
  • Stir & roast till light golden brown
  • Once flour roasted - it will turn into golden brown color
  • we had roasted this approx 10 min in low flame
  • Turn off the gas flame - take this out 
  • Now place one cup water in pan
  • add sugar & make thin sugar syrup
  • Meanwhile prepare sighare paste for burfi
  • In a bowl place roasted Singhare flour
  • add little little water & make paste 
  • Paste should be lumps free
  • we used 2 cup water to prepare this paste
  • Lets check if sugar syrup is ready or not
  • Once sugar syrup is ready - Add singhare paste in that
  • Cook this with sugar syrup
  • Once it cooked with sugar syrup - add ghee in that
  • adding ghee enhance the brightness as well as taste
  • Singhare is cooked with syrup & ghee is mixed well with them
  • lets place this mixture into thali
  • Grease the thali with ghee before placeing this mixture
  • Placed Cooked Singhara into thali
  • with the help of spoon spread this
  • Keep this 20-25 min to cool down 
  • Once it cool down - Cut this 
  • Ready to Serve

Decorate with dryfruites & serve
