Ingredients for Coconut Ladoo
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup (200 gram)
- Grind Sugar - 1/2 Cup(100 gram)
- Semolina (Suji) -1/4 Cup (50 Gram)
- Milk Powder - 2 tbspoon
- Ghee - 1 tbspoon
- Cardamom - 5-6
- Pistachio- 5-6 (Chopped)
How to Make Coconut Ladoo
- Add Ghee in heated pan
- Add Semolina in that
- Roast it lightly
- Roasted in a low flame 30-40 sec only
- Semolina color is light golden brown now
- Add grated coconut in that
- Fry coconut in low medium flame 3-4 min
- After 3-4 min - Coconut has roasted
- You can see that coconut color has changed light golden brown
- Add Milk powder
- Add Cardamom
- Add grind Sugar
- Mix well
- Roast 2-3 min
- so that coconut cooked well along with Sugar & milk powder
- After 2-3 min - Sugar cooked with coconut well
- Turn off the gas flame
- Let's place this mixture into bowl
- once cool down - will make ladoo
- Mixture are cool down now
- Let's make ladoo
- wrape the ladoo with coconut powder
- Garish with pista
- Ready to Serve
