Ingredients for Custard Apple Kheer


  • 1 Litre Full Cream Milk
  • 1 Cup Custard Apple(Staphal)Pulp
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar (80 gram)
  • 5-6 Chopped Badam
  • 5-6 Chopped Pista
  • 1/2 Spoon cardamom(Elaichi)Powder
  • 10-15 Raisins (Kismis)

How to Make Custard Apple Kheer


  • Add Milk in a pan & Boil
  • Stir Intermittently & wait till the milk thicken
  • Milk has thicken now
  • Add Sugar in that
  • Add Custard Apple pulp
  • Stir Well
  • Add Chopped Pista
  • Add Chopped Badam
  • Add Cardamom Powder
  • Mix..Mix..Mix
  • Kheer is ready - you can serve Warm but its taste will increase once it will chilled
  • Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours in freeze & Serve
  • Custard Kheer is ready to Serve

Platting & Serving


  • Garnish with Chopped Pista & Badam
